This article researches the issue of disciplinary responsibility of judges as a type of legal liability and its legal basis. It also provides a comparative analysis of the concept of disciplinary responsibility of judges and the views of scholars who have interpreted the content of this concept. The concept of disciplinary offenses of judges, its composition and differences from administrative offenses are discussed. Advanced foreign experience in disciplinary proceedings against judges has been studied. The article analyzes the problems in practice in the field of disciplinary liability of judges and makes recommendations for its improvement.

Southeast Asian Stupas contains Buddhist iconography having rich symbolism. The symbolism of Buddhist stupa (or chedi) is a kind of arts illustration of Buddha’s intelligence, and it also contains the intricate man-land relationship locally. Localization occurred on the architecture of stupas thereby the indigenous knowledge influenced the symbolism of the traditions of stupas that originated from India. Hence, this paper is dedicated to exploring the relationship between the symbolism of Phra That Phanom and the local ethnoecology. By combining the years of fieldwork experience and the related ethnoecological theories, the symbolism of Phra That Phanom and the regional man-land relationship could be interpreted in an innovative perspective. In the end, a comprehensive analysis about Mahabhuta symbolism of Phra That Phanom will be conducted to test the paper’s demonstration.

Folk song is a type of oral literature that lives and develops in society, especially in rural communities. Folk songs have the power to represent the local knowledge of a community. Therefore, a study is needed to reveal this. This research aims at revealing the local knowledge of the Buru people contained in the Buru’s weneks (folk songs). The research data are the song texts (eight weneks) obtained from four informants, namely several village elders as the owner of the songs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. The data were collected through (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, and (3) recording techniques. The data analysis procedure was carried out by (1) sorting the data according to the research findings; (2) reading and checking the data to ensure their accuracy; and (3) coding the data with letters and numbers. The research findings show that the local knowledge of the Buru people represented in the Buru’s folk songs involved (1) traditional medicine; (2) season naming; (3) birds naming; (4) land ownership/ulayat rights; (5) the belief of the Buru People; and (6) kinship system. The six findings represent the identity of the Buru people that is owned, practiced, and maintained up to this day.

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and online learning media on student achievement in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Warmadewa. This survey was conducted on 55 students randomly. Test the hypothesis in this study using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Research result shows 1 learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement, which means an increase in learning motivation will be followed by an increase in student learning achievement.2 Learning Media on line positive and significant effect on student achievement, which means that the better the online learning media, the students learning achievement will increase. This research illustrates that for the head of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Warmadewa, if you want to improve student achievement, you should pay attention to increasing motivation and online learning media. Critical thinking is one aspect of thinking skills that have to be developed in the 4.0 century. Critical thinking has an important role in the learning process. Students with high critical thinking skills will make a high contribution in increasing mastery of concepts. Therefore, an initial investigation was carried out by interviewing biology teachers and giving questions to students of class XI science at SMA 12 Negeri Padang. It is known that critical thinking in students is still low. One of the causes is an inadequate module. Therefore, students need appropriate modules to improve critical thinking. This type of research is development research using the Ploompdevelopment model. The model stage consists of the initial investigation, prototyping, and assessment. The research data were obtained from validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The results showed that the biology module that was developed according to the expert review obtained a value of 87.70% very valid category. The results of the practicality test by the teacher obtained a value of 93.97% in the very practical category and the results of the practicality test by the students obtained a score of 86.67% in the very practical category. The results of the effectiveness test of the critical thinking aspect in six categories showed a significant increase in students critical thinking based on the N-Gain test carried out on the respiratory system. While the excretory system results in the N-Gain value of the experimental class 0.36 medium category and controls 0.30 medium categories

This study aims to map business opportunities with a circular economy model in Karangwidoro Village during the COVID-19 pandemic era. The methods used include the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model which emphasizes community participation in all activities starting from planning, implementing and evaluating program activities. Moreover, the Community Development Model, which is an approach that involves the community directly as the subject and object of the implementation of research activities, is also employed. The results of the study show that there is a lack of public awareness of a business opportunity in agriculture, especially in the use of agricultural waste, but with the application of a circular economy business model, these problems can become new opportunities to increase the economic value of the local community

The circumstances and contexts that set Qatar on a road of prosperity are gaining momentum every new day. From a small British colony country as late as 1970, Qatar has undergone evolution beginning with settling on its current name after numerous suggestions for the Arab state. Thus, the study interest was to answer two research questions; what is the basis of the success stories of Qatar and lessons for other third world countries? And Is Qatar headed to another level of categorization to leverage into the status of first world countries? The study is mainly guided by structural functionalism theory. The study entailed a systematic literature review approach through which various current literature were analyzed. The progress is largely attributed to the effective strategies entailing financial investment, cultural branding, and policy re-engineering. The political stature and efficient constitution controlled by effective leadership are contributions to milestones observed in the country.

The study aimed to determine the influence of rule-based leadership management toward the entrepreneurial spirit of the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag. To deepen the understanding and concept of the study, literature was reviewed. Theories of the study were established. The study used the descriptive correlational research design and used questionnaires to gather the data. The study found that rule-based leadership management of the administrators is high but the entrepreneurial spirit of the employees is moderate. The study concludes that the higher the bureaucratic or rules-based leadership- management is, the lower the entrepreneurial spirit of the employees become. In terms of the correlation between rule-based leadership management and entrepreneurial spirit, the study found that there is a significant correlation. Rule-based leadership management affects the entrepreneurial spirit/mindset of employees. Therefore the hypothesis of the study is accepted.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a global pandemic that affects all aspects of world society. Indonesia as a tourism destination has been significantly affected by this pandemic. The number of tourist visits to Bali has decreased quite drastically and has an impact on MSMEs. The main objectives of our study are to analyze the influence or impact of tourism decline due to covid- 19 on the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in Denpasar City. The research sample was 100 MSMEs with the method of determining the sample, namely simple random sampling. Structural equation model based on partial least square is used to analyze data. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the decline in tourism on the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in Denpasar City. The implication of the results of this study is that MSME actors cannot avoid the impact of the decline in tourism. However, MSMEs must continue to strive to improve their performance and maintain their sustainability. For this reason, government attention and policies are needed for the affected MSME sector.

This research uses one of the branches of linguistics, namely dialectology. Dialectology is the study of forms of language variation seen from a group of people. The geographical location in this study is an area where the majority of people use Javanese, but in that area, there are several villages whose people speak Sundanese. The area is located in Kandanghaur Indramayu – Indonesia. Factors underlying the variety of languages, namely the acculturation of Sundanese and Javanese. in addition, Sundanese people there can use three languages that include Indonesian, Sundanese, and Javanese. Therefore, this research will be aimed at the Sundanese Parean dialect in Kandanghaur Subdistrict located in Indramayu Regency - Indonesia. The location and language chosen to show something interesting, such as the location is the spread of Javanese society, while speakers some use Sundanese. The material used is 16 Sundanesespeaking informants who follow the age factor amounting to 6 people with 3 young people and 3 parents, while the education factor consists of 6 people from 2 elementary schools, 2 people junior high school, and high school. The formal factor uses 4 people, namely 2 formal sectors and 2 non-formal sectors. The research method uses qualitative descriptive, while the data collection method uses the Ayatrohaedi field method (1979:34) and the method of listening to libat is capable with basic techniques, notes, records, fishing, and sadap Mahsun (2015: 91-93). There are many methods of presentation of data utilizing formal and non-formal methods. The results found that there are variations in the Sundanese Parean dialect from aspects that include age, education, and work. The variation is selected and sorted based on the terrain of meaning that has been determined, namely the field of meaning of the limbs, pronouns, and greetings, the terms kinship, the house, and its parts, the time of natural circumstances, and the direction, clothing, and jewelry smell and tastes, plants and fruits, and the word question and greeting. From each field of meaning, it has been found a form of language variation from each social group, so that the Sundanese Parean dialect can be said with a language that has a form of language variation.

The objective of this article is to study, firsty the direct and indirect effects of Islamic financial development on the variables of economic growth while highlighting the inflastionist situation during the period 2009-2020. Secondy, our empirical contribution is based on the use of simultaneous equation models. The COVID-19 pandemic is an emergency of an unprecedented scale, bringing new challenges and severe changes in the schools in Greece. The Ministry of education had to guarantee that learning would be safeguarded as well as impose several measures to mitigate the effects of this unfamiliar situation. Different strategies were followed regarding special needs schools and standard schools. The aim of this article is to investigate how satisfactory the measures were considered by parents and teachers of both schools. Moreover, we seek to explore if the trust of the stakeholders of education was increased or whether it was a lost opportunity to enhance trust among parents, teachers, and the Ministry of Education. For the purpose of our study, we delivered questionnaires among the teachers and parents of both schools as well as conducted semi-structured interviews with the headmasters of the school units. Also, a rigorous and extensive study of the orders issued by the Ministry was done. Our article concludes with several points that need to be taken into consideration in moments of crisis and suggestions on what could be done to alleviate problems in similar times of crisis.

An effective result can be achieved by organizing the educational process using modern techniques and technologies, pedagogical technologies and didactic tools of teaching, using didactic principles in their place. This article have some information about the didactic principles, their content and essence, the coherence and consistency of their implementation in the educational process.

A major key indicator for assessing the quality of an urban residential neighborhood is the building condition. A good building condition adds value to a neighborhood in terms of aesthetics, safety, security and comfort. The Rivers State Government has in 1986 - 1998 built 12 residential estates for her staff members in the study area. The responsibility of maintenance of the buildings has been left to the owner occupiers of those houses. What is the state of those houses which has been built for over 30years? It is on this note that this study is poised to ascertain the physical condition of buildings within the public housing estates in Port Harcourt municipality. This study is a quantitative research that belongs to the class called “descriptive research design”. Simple random sampling technique was used to select 108 respondents(household heads from the six selected housing estates. Questionnaire, physical observation and digital camera were the tools used for data collection. Analysis of findings was presented descriptively in tables, charts and percentages. Among the twelve public housing estates identified within the study area, the simple random sampling method was used to select and study six of the estates which are: 1. Aggrey Housing Estate, 2. Marine Base Govt. Housing Estate, 3. Abuloma housing estate phase, 4. Ndoki Housing Estate, 5. Elekahia housing estate and, 6. Khana Street Housing Estate. The research findings show the physical condition of buildings within the public housing estates, 81.5% of the buildings has good foundation, 92.6% of the windows are in good condition, 95.4% of the buildings have water system. 65% of the respondents considered the overall housing condition of the estates as good needs no repair while 35% saw the housing condition as fairly good needs minor repair.

Although the pedagogical value of portfolio assessment is widely investigated, its impact on students’ engagement is still under-explored. Accordingly, this study intended to examine the impact of portfolio assessment on the Moroccan EFL students’ writing engagement. To this end, two groups of high school students were involved in the study. The two groups were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received the treatment; portfolio assessment accompanied with various reflection and assessment techniques i.e. self-and peer-assessment and teacher-student conferences whereas the control group followed the regular summative writing achievement tests. To enrich the data, the experimental group students’ views about portfolio assessment were elicited via students’ written reflections. The analysis of the quantitative data showed that the experimental group students achieved a higher and more significant level of writing engagement than the control group students. Furthermore, the analysis of the qualitative data revealed that the students positively perceived portfolio assessment to impact their writing engagement at various levels.

Social growth promotes intellectual growth and other aspects of one’s development. In the process, people learn skills, knowledge and adaptation techniques and the possibility of reciprocal relations in continuous interaction their considers social development in the form of the child’s mutual adaptation to the social environment and about peers and it is a process that enables the child to understand and predict the behaviour of others, to control their behaviour and regulate their social interactions.

The enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is a very big opportunity for every village to develop village potential and assets in order to improve the village economy through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Karang Indah Village, Mandastana District, Barito Kuala Regency has established BUMDes since 2012 whose capital comes from a grant from the South Kalimantan Provincial Government with savings and loan businesses and cattle. The role of the Village Government in terms of fostering and equity participation is still considered lacking by BUMDes managers so that it has an impact on the community empowerment process, especially community business empowerment through BUMDes. The purpose of the study was to determine 1) the role of the village government in empowering the community through BUMDes. 2) Implementation of community empowerment through BUMDes carried out by the Village Government. 3) The inhibiting and supporting factors of the Village Government in empowering the community through BUMDes. Methods This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The sources of data used in this study were obtained from the first source which is directly related to the object of research with the research instrument, namely the interview guide. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Village Government in empowering the community through BUMDes in Karang Indah Village is to provide business access to the community through the establishment of BUMDes, increase community participation and provide benefits to the community through the BUMDes business unit. The implementation of community empowerment through BUMDes carried out by the Karang Indah Village Government is to support businesses that are mostly engaged in by the village community such as cattle business, providing savings and loans to the community, handing over clean water management to BUMDes and providing capital participation to BUMDes to open new business units. The inhibiting factors for the Karang Indah Village Government in empowering the community through BUMDes are bad credit from customers, lack of capital, death of cattle, difficulty in finding good feed, operational costs and the absence of human resources to manage equipment. While the supporting factors are community participation and the potential possessed by Karang Indah Village itself. The suggestions from the results of this study are for the Karang Indah Village Government to be able to carry out guidance to BUMDes in developing their business. Because through BUMDes, Villages can increase Village Original Income (PADes) and improve the economy of rural communities. For BUMDes management, it is hoped that they will be able to develop the business run by BUMDes while still paying attention to the potential of the village itself and utilizing existing assets in the village.

In the article, the author examines the criteria for determining the social middle class and theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of this topic, and also conducts a comparative analysis of approaches to determining the social middle class. The main criteria in general and specific approaches to the study of the problem are investigated.

The rapid increase in population in conjunction with increase in the rate of Urbanization had led to Unplanned and uncontrolled encroachment into our public open spaces in Nigeria. In the light of the above, numerous studies in relation to open space implementation in Nigeria have been studied. In spite of the numerous research efforts, open space implementation has not received a corresponding boost. This study reviewed open space implementation in Nigeria based on a systematic literature review of published works as contained in Scopus, Web of Science and Science Direct Online databases between March 2021 to October 2021. The review was selected from the six-Geopolitical zones of Nigeria and the findings revealed that there is weak monitoring and evaluation mechanism, and lack of inclusive participation by professionals in the built environment this calls for a need of adequate open space implementation model in Nigeria.

The purpose of this study is to produce a new learning model and find out the effectiveness of the learning model GAWI SABUMI to improve the critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and logical thinking (high order thinking skills and multiple intelligences of elementary school students in South Borneo. This study used the type of research and development consisted of three phases to find the effectiveness of the model on the dependent variable through the quasi-experimental research. The research data were analyzed using sequential data analysis to determine the feasibility of the model. The sample was 40 students of Sungai Miai 7 Elementary School Banjarmasin. The result of quality evaluation of the blended learning model GAWI SABUMI was at a high level X= 4.57 SD = 0.17. The characteristics of the Gawi Sabumi model included ten stages Group, Analysis, Work together, Inform, Solve the problem on outdoor, Actualization of the solution, Battle games, Unity on role play, Manage conclusion and Invent the creation. Students had post-test on high order thinking skills average scores higher than pre-test at X= 3.59 SD = .78 and students who have highly skilled criteria at linguistic, musical, logical mathematic, visual-spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, and existentialist intelligence average scores higher than pre-test at X= 3.55 SD = .88. It means that the GAWI SABUMI model meets the criteria of being valid, reliable, and feasible to be implemented and potential to improve students high order thinking skills and multiple intelligences.

The study examined the management of secondary education for functional leadership, values re-orientation and sustainable national development in Nigeria. The descriptive survey design was adopted. The population comprised 142 principals of public junior and senior secondary schools in Edo Central Senatorial District of Nigeria. The entire population was used. The questionnaire was used for data collection and was validated by experts. The test-re-test reliability method was used and a reliability coefficient of 0.76 was obtained. The mean and percentage were used for data analysis. The study found that corruption, poor funding, get-rich quick syndrome among the youths, cultism, poor management of resources by school administrators, poor quality of teaching staff, low quality leadership by school heads, teachers being poor role model, lack of parental support in the area of students’ discipline and political instability were problems affecting management of the education system. It was recommended that the curriculum of the school should be re-adjusted and premium placed on values and dignity in hard work and that the quality of the teachers and instructors must be enhanced through in-service training.

The study assessed substandard housing contributory factors of neighbourhoods in Port Harcourt municipality, Nigeria. The objectives of the study are to identify factors that are contributing to substandard housing in Port Harcourt municipality; assess the impact of contributory factors to substandard housing in the study area; and identify physical planning measures to improve substandard housing in the study area. The study employed quantitative research approach and experimental research design for collection and analyses of data in the study. Stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used for collection of data. Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size and a total of 399 respondents (households) were interviewed from three grouped neighbourhoods and communities (planned neighbourhoods, indigenous enclaves and waterfront communities). The revealed the contributory factors to substandard housing in the study area are low income, large household size, multiple households in a building, limited habitable rooms per household, building construction materials, rapidly deteriorating physical condition of buildings, and sharing of facilities by households in buildings. The study also revealed the impacts of these factors include urban neighbourhoods and communities are deteriorating into slum and squatter settlements and rapid defacing of the urban fabrics and landscape. The study makes the following recommendations to improve housing standards including regular physical assessment of buildings in the study area to ascertain their fitness for habitation; waterfront environment should be reclaimed and planned by government for residents’ easy accessibility and affordability; development control agencies should ensure residential buildings are developed according to approved plan and specifications; mortgage and financial institutions should grant soft and interest-free loans to low-income earners and the poor; government should prioritise the development of low-cost houses for low-income earners and poor citizens; social amenities and services should be provided to enhance housing and neighbourhood quality; and government and its agencies of urban development and physical planning as a matter of urgency carry out spatial reorganisation through urban renewal programmes and projects at various neighbourhoods and communities.

With the positive contents of the reform program, it has made many important contributions to the solid construction of the nations autonomous government after a period of arduous struggle. Accordingly, the land issue has had certain adjustments compared to the Chinese domination period, which has had a strong impact on the economic and social changes of the country. The paper focuses on studying the basic issues of land ownership in Khuc Haos reform program, through which it outlines the basic characteristics of Vietnams land ownership in the early days of gaining autonomy. The research results will contribute to adding useful references on land issues in the history of the Vietnamese nation in the early 10th century.

To acquire a language, learners need to be skillful at the four skills namely: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Among them, writing is usually considered a complex skill to learn. This study is aimed to investigate the second-year English majored students’ perception of essay writing problems encountered and solutions to overcome these problems. The participants of this study are 44 second year English majored students at a public university in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam, consisting of 32 females and 12 males. The data were collected by a questionnaire to explore the difficulties encountered by EFL learners in writing essays and their expectations from their lecturers as well as from themselves to have better performance. The results revealed that students face major difficulties in writing essays including linguistic, psychological, cognitive factors. With the hope to get better writing performance, the students expected more assistance from their lecturers, including giving more feedbacks on their writing pieces, recommending appropriate reading materials and providing more grammar courses. They also admitted that their writing pieces will be improved when they themselves practice more such as forming their writing habits, gaining more vocabularies and self-editing or asking feedback from peers.

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 COVID-19 crisis has affected Saudi womens daily lifestyle, contributing significantly to increasing pressure on women to have multiple roles both at home and at work. The study therefore aimed to identify the role of women towards their children with disabilities during the COVID-19 epidemic crisis by identifying their roles towards their children with disabilities in the educational, psychological and social aspect. The study used the quantitative approach social survey. The sample of the study consisted of 336 Saudi mothers of children with disabilities in the southern region of Saudi Arabia with an average age of 35.8 years. A questionnaire was built to identify the role of Saudi women towards their disabled children during the crisis and was developed by the researcher. The results indicated that the role of Saudi women towards their disabled children during the COVID-19 epidemic crisis was of a high level in all areas of practice for the tool. The analysis of the data to answer the main question in the study also revealed the importance of the educational, psychological and social role of Saudi women towards their children with disabilities during the COVID-19 epidemic crisis within the family. In light of these findings, the study recommended the importance of urging responsible people to provide a range of rescue and stimulus packages that also include social protection measures, seeking to empower Saudi women in all sectors of society, and providing them with all means of support to help them achieve their role in society in general.

The Farkhod Hydroelectric Power Station which was built in Syrdarya region has irrigated 700,000 hectares of fertile land in Dalvarzin and Mirzachul districts of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. Andijan water reservoir was built in the Karadarya River of Fergana Valley, and a hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 140,000,000 kilowatt-hours was commissioned. Due to the commissioning of Tuyamuyin waterworks in the lower reaches of the Amudarya River, it was possible to irrigate 300,000 hectares of land in the Republic of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as 200,000 hectares of new land for rice and cotton growing. In addition, this water facility has protected the land from erosion and provided with 150,000 kilowatts of electricity.

This study investigated the influence of organizational based self-esteem on assertive behaviour among government workers in Ekiti State. The study made use of a total number of one hundred and ninety-six 196 participants across government organizations in Ekiti State who were randomly selected. The sample comprised of Male 115 58.7% and Female 81 41.3%. Organizational based self-esteem OBSE was measured with a 10-item survey developed by Pierce, Gardner, and Dunham 1989. Rathus Assertiveness Schedule RAS was used to measure assertiveness. Three hypothesis were formulated and tested in the study and results shows that there is no significant influence of organizational based self-esteem on assertiveness t 194=-.717,p>.05, there is no significant influence of sex on assertiveness t 194=.694,p>.05. Finally, there is no significant age difference on assertiveness t194=.694,p>.05. Findings were discussed and it was recommended that assertiveness training or other such techniques may be given to the non-assertive employees to build their self-concept and self-esteem and a longitudinal study may be conducted on large sample to assess the effects of assertive training on assertive behaviour and self-esteem with comparison of the different interventional strategies.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Google Search Intensity on the Stability of the Indonesian Capital Market, as well as looking at the defense and security aspects, especially the economy. The research sample is the shares of the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The independent variable used in this study is the Abnormal Search Volume Index. The control variables used are Volatility, and Abnormal Trading Volume Lagged. The dependent variable used is Abnormal Trading Volume. The sampling method used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Obtained the number of samples as many as 18 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of Google searches using the ASVI proxy has a significant positive effect on the stability of the stock represented by Abnormal Trading Volume. This illustrates that the use of Google search intensity data can be used as a reference in making defense policies against non-military threats, especially the stability of the Indonesian Capital Market.

The research recommended the necessity of adopting the principles of transparency in preparing the general budget, and the necessity of adhering to the timing of preparing the budget and the disclosure of all financial and non-financial information while defining a clear policy for public debt disclosure and management.

The study was focus on assessing waste scavenging activities in Calabar, Cross River State. Specifically, the study appraised the socioeconomic characteristics of solid waste scavengers in Calabar and analysed the contributions of scavengers in the waste management process. The study obtained data through questionnaire administration. A total of 50 copies of questionnaire were distributed purposively to waste scavengers in the study area while descriptive statistics was used in carrying out analysis. It was observed that scavenging is exclusively carried out by males and those between 31 years and 40 years dominate the waste scavenging process. It was equally revealed that the married form a larger percent of scavengers in the study area. Scavengers were observed to be engaged in picking up irons/metals, plastics, glasses, copper, bottles as well as vegetables and food remains. Scavengers are mainly involved in the exercise in order to enable them earn a living. Therefore, wastes materials that are pickup in the process are sold out to recycling companies. Specifically, iron scraps pickers sell them to iron recycling companies while vegetable waste pickers sell to fertilizer production companies. Very few scavengers use the wastes they pick up for personal uses. However, it was noted that scavengers contribute positively in the management of solid waste in Calabar. Based on the findings, it was suggested that waste sorting should be encouraged among youths through the organization of sensitization campaigns and the awareness since it has the potentials of reducing unemployment while promoting waste management. Equally, scavengers should be recognized by the government as managers in the waste sector and be given some incentives

The result showed that there was positive and significant influence for agile leadership and work environment to performance of millennial employees.

They moved to new location and new language ecologies where they come in contact with speakers of a specific set of other languages. These changes in the linguistic environment are not without consequences. At this juncture, it is worth noting that to reach their own objectives, immigrants as well as the developers: partners, animators, sensitisers, NGOs agents are in need of language of communication as the development constitutes a process in the center of which the language is. This paper focuses on the utility of language in action in order to understand how can language blocs, impedes immigrants in their daily interaction as it is inconceivable for man to do almost any activity that he does without the use of language. The research utilizes qualitative research methodology by incorporating structured interviews. Another research instrument I use is obtrusive observation to find out which of the second language acquisition, code switching, code mixing or even translation can help immigrants overcome language barriers and experience successful economic and social integration in the host country.

This study follows a qualitative method through interviewing three college students at Jouf University and one professor. The self-constructed interviews were basically targeted four items; 1 students related issues, 2 teachers related issues, 3 curricula- related issues, and 4 assessment related issues. The finding of this study have indicated that the primary challenges of Saudi EFL learners were due to their lower internal and intrinsic motivation. The conceptualized learning English as an academic course to pass, and not an actual language communication. The recommendations suggested by this study were trimmed into the following: increasing English language practice, shifting the focus from being examination- driven focus onto learning authentic communicative language.

This paper argues that the paradox of thrift is still applicable to USA even though she is operating with sufficient demand. The main objective of this paper is to determine whether the paradox of thrift is applicable to USA after the Great Depression. In doing this, a vector error correction model was estimated using annual data of gross national income, gross domestic saving, gross domestic investment and final consumption expenditure from 1971 to 2020. The results of the investigation showed that final consumption expenditure and gross domestic saving increase when gross national income increases. Gross national income falls and current saving is unchanged when previous saving rises. The paradox of thrift is applicable to USA after the Great Depression. The target of economic policy should be gross national income and not gross domestic saving because naturally both final consumption expenditure and gross domestic saving will increase if gross national income increases in USA.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the link between motivational variables, work performance, and employee engagement, as well as the influence of motivational factors on job performance via the use of employee engagement as a mediator in the Sultanate of Omans government sector. The research used a quantitative technique and examined six hypotheses using 111 representative government workers from the Ministry of Education. This is pilot research. This research used quota sampling and analyzed data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS and path analysis approaches. The studys results suggest that these elements are associated positively, that motivational factors are associated positively with employee engagement and work performance, and that employee engagement functions as a partial mediator in the link between motivational factors and job performance. This report is crucial for public sector executives and regulators interested in improving job performance in Oman. This is one of the few research that examines employee engagements mediating role in the relationship between motivational characteristics and work performance. This is one of the first studies of its sort for the public sector in Oman. In future studies, other motivating elements might be studied and assessed in the private sector.

The focus of my article is on the undecidability of Dovs/ Khalduns identity throughout his conversations with Said X., his biological father, along with some significant selective semiotic referents in Ghassan Kanafanis novella Returning to Haifa. These aspects are highlighted to elicit/ trace Kanafanis implied symbolism of Palestine, the land, and the undecidability/ conflict of its belonging to critique healthy self-criticism the submission of the Palestinians as being guilty of ceding with their land then keep crying to restore it. The novella has been previously tackled from a variety of perspectives parody, intertextuality, characterization, among others. However, the key parts of the novella that show the conflict between father/ son, self/other, right/loss are the conversations between Dov/Khaldun and Said X. To achieve the articles goal, Derridas conception of undecidability is employed to indicate the inability to take a decision due to factors beyond the focal characters, Dov/Khaldun, means. This state of freeplay makes it impossible to settle to any side/identity. In Dovs/ Khalduns case, it is the indeterminate area between the biological Palestinian identity and the acquired Jewish identity. Given that, this view of undecidability is supplemented by other related philosophical aspects such as identity of the I, the conception of belonging, and the symbolic reflection between the Dov/ Khaldun the Jew/ the Palestinian the Colonizer/ the Colonized both Man and the land. So in this case, POLRI (the Police of the Republic of Indonesia) and especially the traffic polices play a significant role in facing the community. There is a need for legal protection for the efforts that the police will take in both preventive and repressive efforts. The method used in this research is a normative juridical research method, which is research that focuses on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. Almost all countries of the world are involved in the migration process, and Uzbekistan is no exception. While our country is involved in the international migration process, including labor migration, one of the main factors is the large number of young workers and the underdeveloped domestic labor market. Therefore, our citizens are working abroad in the world labor market.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of play type, playtime and type of toy on children s mental development, social skills and intelligence. The kindergarten of Mazandaran province in 2012 took place. The study s statistical population included 630 kindergarten children in Mazandaran province in 2012-13. Using the Jesse and Morgan table and the simple random sampling method, 240 was considered the sample size. The data collection method was based on a questionnaire and checklist. Reliability of questionnaires using Cronbachs alpha method for Gresham and Elliott standard questionnaire 1990, 0 83, and for standard questionnaire Intelligence Mazandaran - Stanford - Binet 2009 was obtained 0/91. Also, content and structure validity was used to test the validity of the questionnaire. In content validity, the questionnaires were approved by relevant experts. Analysis of information obtained from implementing questionnaires via SPSS software in two descriptive sections mean, variance, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables and graphs and inferential test. The results showed a significant relationship between play type, toy type and playtime with mental development. The findings also showed that play type, toy type, and playtime on intelligence were greater than kindergarten childrens social skills.
